Comfortable rooms, good service and decent location - good value option in Seoul.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not too hard like so many Korean hotels. Proper bathroom with actual shower, not the usual toilet-sink-shower all on top of each other like so many Korean hotels. The rooms actually have some nice personal touches.
Finding a comfortable temperature setting on the shower was difficult - one millimeter too far in either direction resulted in the water becoming too cold or too hot.

The room (Deluxe Suite) was chic and cozy, with a very spacious bathroom which included a bath & shower combo as well as a second shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large TV, a PC on the desk, and other useful amenities.
The under-floor heating was not responsive - when I visited in winter it was always on, and while this is generally welcome in winter, at times it became very hot and somewhat uncomfortable to stand on.
